This course attempts to bring an understanding of the major impacts that the Covid pandemic has produced in public health supply chains in low and middle income countries, the very real changes that it has forced on their operations and the massive reforms
and developments that need to take place if countries are to be much better prepared and responsive for future pandemic, disaster and emergency situations.
It uses evidence based materials and reports to make clear cases for balanced, cost effective,
and practical responses, and seeks to outline appropriate development pathways referencing the major guidance documents for World Health Organization, UN agencies and the major public health supply chain development partners.
